Welcome to 3rd Quarter!.All students will need to bring a folder to technology class. I will be switching to the use of RenWeb for all lesson plans. Many artists and musical organizations, including the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, are doing online live stream concerts, or releasing past performances. Each year, 4/5 grade students participate in the Link Up program created by Carnegie Hall. Students learn about the composers, the history of the piece, geographical information, etc. As well as singing and/or playing along with the symphony during their visit. Welcome to Fourth Grade Music! This year student's will be reviewing past concepts and expanding their musical knowledge through continued progression using our Quaver Music Curriculum. Students will begin applying musical concepts learned in previous years through singing, playing the recorder and other classroom instruments.
